Mr. Dr. Kirti L.Upadhyaya,  Chairman,  a  highly qualified and an experienced doctor. He is M.D (U.S.A), M.D (Neph), F.A.A.P (U.S.A), F.A.C.E.P (U.S.A). He was in U.S.A for about 20 years. He has served in various Multi-speciality Hospitals and Universities in different capacities. He was associated with YALE University U.S.A  for 6 years as professor and faculty in Nephrology. He is presently Honorary Nephrologist in a high profile renowned multi-speciality hospital.

Mr. N. Aravind, Managing Director, holds, B.E. (Electrical & Electronics) from Bharathiar University.  After graduation, he joined an MNC in 1990 where he grew to the level of Chief Executive officer.   He had gained exposure & management skills from his employer which was engaged in software development, hardware manufacture & marketing. He is also Managing Director of Aanjaay Software Ltd.

Mrs. A. Anitha, is a commerce graduate from Madras University.  She was with leading training institute based in Chennai engaged in software education & training.  She heads the software training division of the company.

Mr. R. Muralidharan, Director, is a commerce graduate from Madras University.  Subsequent to graduation in 1995 and up to the time of promoting Aanjaay, he was with a company at Chennai, which is a subsidiary of US based company.  During his tenure, he involved himself in software development.

Mr. R. Palanisamy, is a graduate in Chemistry from Madras University.  After graduation, he had been with an Export Oriented Unit in a Textile industry, where he had been involved in production and subsequently in marketing.  Before promoting Aanjaay, he was president (Marketing) of leading Textile Company.  At Aanjaay, Mr. Palanisamy is in-charge of the marketing function, specifically for the company’s software & hardware products in the domestic market.

Mr.T. Rajendran, a high profile educationalist with 30 years of experience  in running educational institutions all over the state of Tamilnadu. He is Post Graduate and M.Phil from Madras University. He served the Government of Tamilnadu for 25 years and held many senior most positions in the hierarchy of Government of Tamilnadu.
